A typical fuel facility for Murphy Express and Murphy USA is situated on a 0.75 to 1.5 acre site and consists of a pre-manufactured or stick-built kiosk building ranging in size from 200 to 600 square feet, or a 2400 to 2800 square foot convenience store.
Each project typically includes underground fuel storage tanks and four to eight multiple product fuel dispensers covered by a canopy.
