Littleton Village is the 40-acre redevelopment of the old Marathon Oil site located at South Dry Creek Road and South Broadway in Littleton, Colorado. Galloway was the overall master planner for the project and worked with the developer to plan, vision, and create the general planned development plan.
This plan allowed for the development of a mixed-use project that incorporates retail, single-family residential, multifamily residential, office, and medical, along with park and open space amenities, into an urban site.
Galloway worked with the developer to create a framework development plan that allows for a phased development that will be carried out by a multitude of different developers and end users by creating a set of architectural and urban design guidelines that are the controlling documents for the project.
Galloway continues to serve as the project architect and oversees all of the individual development components to ensure the compatibility and continuity of the project. In addition to the overall planning and design for the project, Galloway is working with the current developer for the commercial/mixed use portions of the project that are currently underway.
