This project successfully adapted a vacant automotive garage into an award-winning vibrant food court facility and is seamlessly integrated into an extremely active retail complex. Galloway provided architectural design, full planning and engineering for the 9,300 sf site.

Located adjacent to the Conoco fuel facility along the north side of Pena Boulevard at Denver International Airport, this unique project is a much needed addition to DIA’s food service program. By providing new dining options to travelers as well as airport staff and support personnel, this extremely successful project has garnered local, regional, and national attention.

Located on DIA property, the facility is owned by the City and County of Denver and leased and operated by Pacific Convenience & Fuels who also leases and operates the adjacent Conoco fuel facility.

Developed in conjunction with the adjacent DIA 45 Minute Wait Lot, the Final Approach Food Court has set a new standard for U.S. airport amenities and is being used as a model for similar developments at other airports.
