The Aurora Metro Station project is the 50-acre mixed-use development at the Southeast corner of Alameda and Sable Boulevard in Aurora, Colorado.

Galloway is currently working with the City of Aurora and the master developer, Woodbury Corporation out of Salt Lake City, to develop a high-density project incorporating retail, restaurant, hospitality, office and residential into a “new downtown” environment for the City of Aurora. This project is viewed as highly significant by the City because of the addition of the RTD light rail station and the west line.

Aurora Metro Station is being developed through a master site plan process that allows for development to occur in a phased manner over time, providing for the overall infrastructure and urban design components while creating smaller developable urban blocks that can be individually developed.

Galloway has provided the overall master planning for the project along with the establishing a set of architectural and urban design guidelines and standards that assist the City and the master developer in creating a consistent and high quality project.
