South Ogden City

South Ogden, Utah

Completion Date

2005

Our architecture team guided South Ogden City in the design and construction of a new municipal center. Our team and the City studied several alternatives in meeting the needs assessments recommendations. This included re-utilization of existing facilities and the master planning of the downtown area. Security, flow, and operational efficiency were a high priority in the design.

The design provides departmental identify and separation within a unifying image. The form of the building establishes a strong presence for the seat of government on a very prominent corner in the city.

The facility serves the following functions:

  • City Administration & Public Services
  • Development Services
  • Community Assembly Space
  • Law Enforcement
  • Justice Court
  • Fire
  • Secure Parking
