Galloway provided development services for more than 24 Sinclair new construction and remodel projects. A typical Sinclair fuel facility includes a 1,200 to 1,800 square foot convenience store, three to eight multiple product fuel dispensers under an overhead canopy, and underground fuel storage tanks. Several sites also include a single-bay automatic car wash building.
Galloway’s vast experience in the design, permitting, and management of fuel facility projects has played a valuable role in Sinclair’s development program.
