The initial phase of this project was designed by Galloway as a four-bay fleet fueling facility utilizing a card-lock access system. The second phase, also designed by Galloway, retained the fleet fueling component and added an adjacent retail fuel facility consisting of a 2,700 square foot convenience store separating three truck fueling positions and four automobile fuel dispensers.
Galloway also designed the third phase that incorporated a combination truck and car wash into the overall facility. Galloway’s site design successfully accommodated the onsite circulation patterns of the various users and resulted in a safe and efficient layout for this approximately 1.7‑acre site.
