Galloway provided full civil engineering , as well as development services and entitlements, for Patriot Park Filing 5. This project, a 14.40-acre residential development, includes approximately 4,550 linear feet of residential street, 125 residential lots and supporting infrastructure. Infrastructure improvements included wet utilities, dry utilities, drainage, public sidewalks and grading.
Galloway’s effective project management coordination with the developer during project design allowed the project scope to remain in check which resulted in the overall schedule and budget remaining unchanged during project approvals.
