Galloway has provided site investigation, due diligence, entitlement, and civil design services for several ground-up sites, including Loveland, Colorado Springs, and Denver. Civil design work has also included landscaping and site lighting services. Galloway has also provided tenant improvement services for converting existing buildings to new Dutch Bros facilities.
